About Cycles

I am going to start mountain biking next summer. I am a 25 year old male, 5′7″, 160 lbs, with a 30″ inseam. What size bike/tires would you recommend. Right now I have a Diamond Back, I don’t know what size frame it is. All I know is that from the ground to the top of the handle bars is 43″, it has 26″ tires. The bike is to big for me to ride on trails.
